Choose all the options that apply to you and add them individually to the cart.  The symposium is Monday and Tuesday but if you plan to arrive the night before, you must register for the hotel on Sunday.  The daily prices include the cost of the symposium.  The “Symposium Only” option is only needed if you don’t require accommodations or for room sharing.
